Stuffing is a huge part of a Thanksgiving dinner spread, but—surprise, surprise!—it doesn’t need to come out of a turkey to be delicious. If you really want to get creative with the classic side dish this year, why not turn it into an Instagram-worthy wreath?
Nisha Vora, the vegan food blogger behind Rainbow Plant Life, is always coming up with creative meal ideas. But this one might take the cake. While stuffing used to be something she despised, that all changed after her Wild Mushroom Stuffing was born. Funny enough, it actually became the prettiest centerpiece on the table purely by accident.
After realizing she no longer had her baking pan on hand, she had to go with the next best option: a Bundt pan, which is typically used for making cakes. Between the fluffy bread, fresh herbs, and mushrooms, this stuffing ended up being perfectly moist, soft, and tender—a true win at any holiday feast. Plus, you can’t really beat a side dish that looks like a festive wreath.
