Rosie Tran, the flight attendant-slash-foodie behind Kale in the Clouds—recently shared a recipe on Instagram for Vegan S’mores Bliss Balls. And just like the real deal, they’re loaded with all the chocolate chunks, vegan marshmallows, and gooey granola butter for the classic graham cracker taste.

Vegan s’mores bliss balls!!! 🔥 I made these for my lovely manager at the fuel bar because she is truly the best and is somehow able to work with my crazy flying schedule?? I’m so grateful for it. 💛Original recipe is not too sweet so if you want a little treat without all the sugar or wanna sub monk fruit maple syrup, go for it! . 1/3 granola butter 6 tbs almond flour 3 tbs coconut flour 3 tbs almond milk 2 tsp maple syrup (original recipe omits) 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 your favorite chocolate bar, chopped into small chunks (I used 100% cacao chocolate from tj’s) small handful of vegan marshamallows, chopped into fours (I used @mydandies) Combine the flour, the remaining ingredients and mix until it’s dough consistency. Add chocolate and marshmallows, mix well. Roll into balls. Should make about 8! Enjoy cuties!!!
