Skip the Takeout and Make This Simple Sesame Cauliflower Instead

Cauliflower is nothing short of a superfood. It’s loaded with vitamins, fiber, and cancer-fighting compounds, not to mention incredibly versatile. Like, name a better substitute for everything from rice and wings to pizza crust. The low-carb staple also subs in for chicken in one of your favorite takeout staples.

Helen, the UK-based blogger behind The Plantiful Chef, recently shared her sesame cauliflower dish on Instagram, and it tastes just as good as the original—no chicken needed. The simple dish only requires a handful of simple ingredients and cuts way down on the high amounts of sugar and salt found on a typical takeout menu. With minimal prep time and 40 minutes in the oven, it will hit your plate and stomach in no time.
