These Drool-Worthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites Can Be Made in Minutes

Sure, cookies are delicious. No one can argue with that. But in my house, they never really get that far. After devouring a big bite of dough—because how can you resist?—it’s nearly impossible to continue filling up a baking sheet. You already have something in your hand that tastes even better than what comes out of the oven 10 minutes later, after all. So maybe it’s time to quit trying and make a recipe that’s meant to be eaten raw?

Samah Dada, the recipe developer behind Dada Eats, recently shared a recipe for her no-bake chocolate chip cookie dough bites on Instagram. While most versions are made with white flour and loads of sugar, this one isn’t. Instead, you get that same melt-in-your-mouth taste and texture from a mix of almond and coconut flour and maple syrup, as well as peanut butter, vanilla, chocolate chips, and sea salt.
