Samah Dada, the recipe developer behind Dada Eats, recently shared a recipe for her no-bake chocolate chip cookie dough bites on Instagram. While most versions are made with white flour and loads of sugar, this one isn’t. Instead, you get that same melt-in-your-mouth taste and texture from a mix of almond and coconut flour and maple syrup, as well as peanut butter, vanilla, chocolate chips, and sea salt.

Ingredients: 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup almond flour 2 tbsp coconut flour 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Mini chocolate chips Flaky sea salt . What you do: Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk almond and coconut flour until incorporated. Add flour to peanut maple mixture. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Roll into bites (dough should be sticky!) add extra chocolate chips on top. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and place in the fridge for 20-30 mins to firm up. Store in fridge and enjoy!!!! ?
