Suja Is Releasing Four Flavors of Adaptogenic Kombucha

You probably already drink Suja’s juices, probiotic waters, and vinegars on a regular basis, but the powerhouse company is expanding to include one more favorite of wellness enthusiasts everywhere: kombucha. But not just any kombucha.

Their new line — which includes the flavors Berry, Ginger, Peach, and Green — combines their classic cold-pressed juice with herbal adaptogens and 5 billion CFUs of vegan probiotics to create a beverage that’s organic, non-GMO, low in sugar, and full of healing powers.

If you’re not sure what all the adaptogen buzz is about, you need to jump on the trend ASAP — and this is a good way to do it. Adaptogens — which are essentially herbal ingredients — have been used for centuries in Chinese and Indian Ayurvedic medicine. They’ve been long known to help with everything from boosting energy to lowering stress levels, so being able to get your fix in the form of a delicious drink is kind of a dream come true.

These kombuchas will be available in Target this September, but in the meantime, here’s what you should know about the different flavors.

Berry

A sweet combination of raspberries and blueberries mixed with schizandra berry, which helps to fight inflammation, protect the skin, lower stress, and improve digestive health.

Ginger

A zesty ginger flavor infused with ashwagandha, which has been shown to ease anxiety, sleep, and depression issues, as well as reduce inflammation and stress.

Peach

A refreshing peachy taste with an added reishi component to help support the immune system, fight inflammation, and improve liver detox.

Green

A superfood mix of spirulina and chlorella with moringa to help boost immune system, promote brain health, and prevent diseases.
