I don’t know about you, but these freezing-cold winter temps have only made me want to do one thing: cuddle up on the couch with a bowl of creamy vegan pasta in hand. (Okay, okay…that’s kind of a year-round occurrence.) But there’s one quickie recipe in particular that’s becoming a go-to in my life, and the sauce is made from avocados.
Ella Mills, the plant-based chef and wellness expert behind Deliciously Ella, recently shared a recipe on YouTube that only requires a handful of ingredients—including pantry staples like nutritional yeast and olive oil—and 10 minutes to make. Aka a combo that’s very important when you’re #hangry.
