She created a dish that’s just as colorful and vibrant as it is healthy, and it’s incredibly easy to make. With a base of oatmeal, fruit, and nuts, it’s a powerhouse combo that’ll leave you full and satisfied until lunch.

Breakfast Bento
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup quick oats
1½ cup non-dairy milk
1 mashed banana
1-2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
2-3 figs
pear slices
chopped almonds
1 cup blackberries
1 tbsp coconut sugar
Instructions:
1. Combine rolled and quick oats, non-dairy milk, mashed banana, chia seeds, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to create the oatmeal.
2. Create the blackberry sauce by heating blackberries and coconut sugar in a small saucepan until the berries break and the sauce thickens.
3. Top the oatmeal with blackberry sauce, then add figs, sliced pears, and chopped almonds.
